Today is Sunday which is the last day of the weekend, some of us may have had fun yesterday and we regret it today. That is why I would like to propose a leek and garlic soup with chicken. I could say that this is a twisted version of our traditional chicken soup. And for today's well-being, at least for some, this warm and good broth is perfect for the body and soul.
Soup for Sunday. Recipe for 4 people:
- 3 chicken fillets
- 2 spoons margarine
- 1 by
- 3 teeth garlic
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1l water
- 2 poultry bouillon cubes
- 1 dl kesam
- salt or vegeta
- pepper
Start by slicing the chicken into strips, then sauté it in a pan with margarine or oil, and season with salt and pepper. Remove the finished chicken from the pan and set aside.
Then put the garlic, leeks and potatoes cut into smaller pieces in the pot. Pour water and add the stock cubes. Boil the soup for 20 minutes or until the potato pieces and leek are tender.
Then use a hand mixer to mix the soup until smooth, and bring the soup to a boil again. Add the pre-fried chicken and cook the soup for about 5 minutes.
Take the pot off the heat and season with kesam, salt and pepper.
BON APPETIT!
