Lemon - a must-have for being healthy

Known to everyone for a long time. Lemon, called the queen of vitamin C, although it really isn't. An indispensable companion for summer and winter, because who doesn't like tea with honey and lemon? It has many properties that you should know about.

Lemon and vitamin C.

Many of us will call it the queen of vitamin C, but despite its large amounts, it still is not. However, it has so much of it, as much as 53mg / 100g, that it has been appreciated in the topic of supporting the immunity of our body and eliminating all related infections. It is worth mentioning that the squeezed juice of one lemon provides our body with 35% of the daily requirement for vitamin C.

Water with lemon

Lemon in combination with water is a perfect mix. A very important element is teaching your body to drink one glass of water a day, on an empty stomach, with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Ideally, this water should be slightly warm. Water and lemon are characterized by the fact that they both have cleansing properties. There are many advantages to combining water with lemon, such as: fresh and bright skin, stimulating the metabolism, and supporting digestion.

Lemon and its use in cosmetics

It is the most common fruit used in the production of cosmetics. It contains citric acid and antioxidants, which have an extremely positive effect on the condition of our skin. An interesting fact is that if we are not allergic to lemon, we did not take a deodorant with us, and it is necessary in a given situation, lemon can help us with this. It is enough to rub a few dots under the armpit to obtain a mild antibacterial, toning and refreshing effect.

Application in the kitchen

It has quite a lot of interest in the kitchen and accompanies us with one dish. When added to the fish, it will prevent its unpleasant smell, and a few drops added to the cooking rice will prevent it from sticking together. Lemon also has properties that make the food look nice and appetizing longer after it is added.

Health itself

It is a fruit that is rich in many nutritional and health properties. Lemon is available all year round, so it can also be used by us all the time. Adding it to water, tea, making many masks with its participation, presence in the kitchen are just a few of the many possibilities of its application and use. For all of us, health is the key, and if we can help maintain it in such an easy way, lemon is the perfect solution.
