Subsidy from the state budget, which will be presented today on Wednesday, October 7. The government of Solberg will present its proposal for the state budget for 2021. On Wednesday, October 7 at 10.00 a.m.
But recently, as usual, there have been leaks. and it looks like this:
* 32,1 NOK billion for railways, compared to NOK 26,8 billion in last year's proposal.
* 25 billion NOK to fight the Corona virus and its consequences.
* NOK 6 billion per the fight against corona in next year's state budget in addition to the regular health budget and other crisis packages. 3,8 billion will be allocated for the purchase of vaccines, 1,1 billion for the supply of medicines emergencies, and 650 million for tests at border crossings.
* 2 billion for carbon capture and storage in Norway within the prestigious government project "Longship", the aim of which is to establish a full chain of CO₂ capture and storage, the so-called CCS, in Norway.
*Additional 825 million NOK for funds labor market aimed at helping people outside of working life find a job. In addition, 500 millions more will go to service caused by the coronavirus in Nav.
* 700 million NOK for the state-owned company Nysnø Klimainvesteringer, which invests in several companies developing new, climate-friendly technologies.
* 691 million NOK for the cleanup of Norwegian nuclear waste.
* 500 million NOK for the police so that the 400 posts temporarily created due to the pandemic can be made permanent.
* The government will increase the tax-free gift limit for employers from SEK 2000 to SEK 5000, and vaccine offered by employers will be tax free. The total limit on tax-free gifts and staff discounts has been increased from CZK 10 to CZK 000. The total cost of the changes will be NOK 13 million.
* NOK 170 million to increase interest in the mental health of children and adolescents. 100 million goes to municipalities, 35 million to the digital health station, 30 million to childcare, and 5 million to the development and evaluation of the FACT ung interdisciplinary and information team.
* NOK 157,7 million for the lower-cost SFO for low-income families. Among other things, the money will go towards extending the scheme to include earnings-related parental benefit to the third and fourth steps as well. The money is also set aside for free SFO for low-income families in selected municipalities.
