:
Boil the broth: put the onion, carrot, parsley root, celery, allspice and bay leaf into a pot with approx. 1,5l of water.
In a separate pot, cook the previously soaked black beans.
In a frying pan, fry the onion, garlic, pieces of sausage, pieces of beef and bacon in oil.
When the broth is ready, add some drained beans to it (so that the consistency is not too soupy but more goulash). Some of the beans can also be put aside and then mixed or crushed for a thicker consistency of the dish. After blending the beans, add them to our dish, to which we add dried meat, sausage, and previously fried bacon with sausage and onion, and a whole red beet with skin. Cook everything together until the dish thickens.
At the end of cooking, add fresh coriander leaves.
I would like to add that "there are a lot of variations on the theme" and, for example, if we do not have time to soak the beans, you can use the canned one - it is important that it is black and not red, because they differ in taste.
The fastest option for preparing this dish – and the most Brazilian thing is to use a pressure cooker for cooking :) Then our beans and other ingredients are prepared quickly in about 30 minutes – we simply throw all the ingredients into the pressure cooker and cook.
At the end, just season with salt and pepper.
Serve with rice and sprinkle Farofa
FAROFA (SNACK WITH BACON, EGG AND ONION) - ingredients:

My Brazilian Bean Recipe
A method of preparing: Fry the bacon over low heat until the fat is melted and crispy cracklings are formed. Then add the onion, egg and flour. Stir together like scrambled eggs and salt to taste.
Finally, we make a vegetable salad with carrot, potato and mayonnaise - you can also add it to your taste make it Polish version 😉
Bon Appetit!
