Each of us knows apple pie. Apples, cinnamon and flour are the basic ingredients of the dough.

The smell that spreads while baking the apple pie captivates the taste buds and we just wait until we taste the still warm cake.

I recommend you the Swedish version of apple pie, the so-called applepaj, smulpaj. This is a very quick and simple way to prepare a delicious cake. Warming cinnamon is perfect for cold days days, and the sweetness of paja improves your mood. It is perfect for any occasion.

It is served warm, most often with vanilla sauce, vaniljsås. This sauce can be purchased ready-made, in a cardboard package, or you can buy powdered sauce and mix it with cold water. with milk. Vanilla sauce can also be replaced with ice cream or whipped cream. But paj tastes good even without it these additives.
